Our website is public and can be viewed by anyone but registered strata lot owners have authorized access to owners-only information, and important documents and forms. Registered owners also receive:
- Updates on relevant maintenance and/or emergency updates
- Guidance on planning and seeking approval for renovations
- Access to depreciation reports
- Exclusive use of Village Classifieds
Personal information collected on this website is in accordance with the BC Personal Information Protection Act and Strata Plan NW 2153 Bylaws, Section 38 on Privacy. The information will not be disclosed to any person or organizations other than the strata corporation’s strata agent; on-site operations manager and web administrator during the course of performing their duties on behalf of the strata corporation.
