CASHLESS OFFICE PROCEDURE
The Cascade Village office does not accept cash. Payment for keys, fobs, deposits and/or rental fees for the recreation centre or guest suite can be made the following way:

  • Cheque payable to Strata Plan NW2153.
  • Owners can also contact Associa directly and request the amount be charged to their strata lot accounts.

PROCESSING PAYMENTS THROUGH YOUR STRATA LOT ACCOUNT
The onsite caretaker will record the service in a receipt book and a copy of the receipt will be sent to Associa. Associa will apply the service fee to the strata lot account. Owners can also add Associa as a payee to their online banking account. The strata lot account number used to pay your strata fee is the same account number. If you need to verify the account number to set-up online banking please contact Andre Solorzano.
